This sounds strange, but no matter how hard I try, I cannot get my phone to NOT connect to open wifi networks. It keeps booting me offline during important tasks *coughs* hearthstone *coughs* so I can sign in to the nearest college's wifi, or some open network that requires a login. I want my phone to connect to networks I want it to, otherwise, just stay on mobile data. I have tried turning the smart switch off, and even just turning wifi off altogether, it wont work.
