Okay so my very first smart phone I got was an iPhone 4. I've had it for 3 years now and this up coming year I'm planning on buying a new phone (my budget is 300 bucks) so I can't really afford any of the upgrade iPhone models (5c, 5s, 6) so I was thinking about getting the Galaxy S3 (since it's 300$ with my phone plan, virgin mobile) I know it's not the newest galaxy version out but like I said I can't afford anything over 300 and virgin mobile doesn't carry s4, and the s5 is too much. So I was wondering if
#1- Comeing from an iPhone, do you think I'd like the Galaxy? I've heard people that switch from iPhone to Galaxy and say they hate it and want to switch back, but then I've heard a lot of people say they like Galaxies way better than iPhones.

#2- Is the Galaxy s3 a good phone? Is it worth buying it even though it's not the newest model? Or should wait another year (which I don't particularly want to do, but if I have to I will) and save up my money and go with an iPhone 5s, 5c or a Galaxy s5?
