Samsung Galaxy S3 mini, I currently have Android 4.1.2, can I install a newer software?
Added (1). I keep checking for updates but it says it's up to date. I really want to have the Emoji keyboard but I do not have it, I cannot find it in Language & Input… I have tried so hard and I guess I just don't have it because I don't have a newer software. So my question is can I install a newer software, even if it tells me I am updated, without damaging my phone? Also I am currently living in Romania, if that counts (there are many American sites that I used to watch shows on that I can't watch her
