I have a Samsung Galaxy Note Tablet 10.1 and this is the second time my battery has completely died. When I turn it on, it gets to the password screen and lasts about 10 seconds before not responding, and then turning itself off.
I used it about a month ago when I went to see my grandmother and let the battery empty. - My grandmother then died a couple weeks later, and before that I'd taken a few photos of her that I didn't want to lose. - So I went to charge it last night but it comes up with the battery with a line through it screen, then the battery filling up screen. It goes black and repeats the process. Refusing to charge up. The battery itself when you turn it on, (if you're quick enough to see) has a lightning bolt and a red X through.
The problem here is that I can't even connect the tablet to my computer, it just doesn't come up. I've tried all the different USB ports and 3 different power outlets with 3 different USB connector plugs… So, I really couldn't give the biggest crap about apps and games and documents. I just want those 3 photos of my grandmother. It's really stressing me out as I've tried the Volume + and Power button, but I don't know what hardly any of the options do. I do not want to factory restore because I'm 90% positive that the photos were not saved to my SD Card. I'm not willing to just wing it and test the 10% that I'm unsure about…
Please, is there anything that can be done to save my 3 photos? Thanks.
