He is the original owner. I have his number, facebook and full name. I asked him for my money back but he is now ignoring me. He owes over a $1000 to T-mobile. I paid $150 for the phone, he had said it was unlocked but clearly its not. What do I do? Can I report this to the police? Please help! I know i have to buy a new phone but what do i do about this situation.
