I'm the owner of an Acer Aspire laptop which runs window 10, bit I've come to realize over the years that it hangs when connected to the net ( WIFI ) i don't know but it does, so I was wondering if I can download PC apps onto the above mentioned devices and then transfer them via Bluetooth, and if so, how do I install them to become usable.
