My phone is a Samsung galaxy avant from 2014, its a smart phone. Whenever anyone leaves a voice message, i would only know if i call my own cell phone number and enter my password to check my voicemail but i never receive any pop up notification if someone leaves a voicemail, so is there something wrong with my phone and how do i fix this?
I tried to call their tech support number from my carrier and they didn't resolve it. Other people who have the same phone don't have this issue. So what do I do?
