My phone is a galaxy s6 active, gotten it for my birthday two years ago. My laptop is a Toshiba laptop Windows 8.1 which I got the year before. I've plugged in my phone and unplugged my phone into my laptop two times and the laptop still doesn't recognize it. Could it be the software?
