Can't text on my phone even though we paid the bill?

My Samsung S5 can't text even though we paid the bill. I can still call, just not text. If I try to it says "Messaging for this mobile number has temporarily been suspended. Please sign in to My Verizon to turn on messaging." I signed into My Verizon but I don't know how to activate it? Someone help please
