I have bought Internet access from B T wi fi, via the B T wi fi with Fon option in my Samsung Note 4
I don't have home broad band and just connect to the B T wi fi as it is usually always picked up on the wi fi list
Since last night, I haven't been able to get any Internet, even though I have paid up until tomorrow. When I try to connect, it says "Obtaining I P address" for a while then disconnects and says "unable to obtain I P address". Sometimes a pop up appears saying "AP not in use, Internet connection is slow"… What does this mean?
A couple of times it has connected this morning, but when I click a page, it says I'm off line and says there's no Internet
What can I do?
