A family member of mine has a Galaxy 10.1 tab that will not load webpages. I tried force stopping the browser app, updated the tablet and scanned it for viruses and such, clearing the cache, cookies, etc., changed to a different wifi channel, checked the same website on my phone (which opened the site fine), made sure that it is just the internet browser app (YouTube works fine), and restarted the tablet. Any ideas on how to get it to work? I should mention that they can't load any webpage except the BROWSER S homepage. Thanks.
