I have a new Samsung Galaxy J7. I have downloaded some apps and want to organise them into folders.
I know with other phones, like the iPhone, you simply tap and hold onto an app and drag it on top of another app to create a folder.
I can't do this with the Samsung for some reason. I tap and hold onto an app but can't drag it at all.
I've read instructions online where you drag an app to a empty folder on the top of the screen, but I can't move the app to do anything at all.
I haven't inserted a SIM card and micro SD card yet - maybe that's the reason?
