I put my fully functional samsung galaxy s7 edge on the charger with some battery power. I check back later, the power on from shutdown screen is frozen. The brightness is at the lowest possible. I try to hold down the powebutton and hold the power button and home button at the same time, but the device is fully unresponsive. What should i do?
