So I used to have a samsung galaxy s 3 and one of the default apps that it already had on it when i got it was an app called "samsung memo" or "samsung s memo" one of those two. Its essentially a "note pad" app to jot down notes, and i had some important things i wrote down that I don't know if i can get back (which is why i'm asking here if there is way possibly). Unfortunately i dropped the phone in water, and i never backed up any info on the phone, so i lost everything. I ended up getting a new phone (samsung j3) and i asked the guy at the at&t store if i would be able to somehow retrieve that info. I'm not sure if he didn't really know what he was talking about, or maybe i just misunderstood what he meant. Im not tech saavy at all, don't pretend to be, and not particularly interested with smart phones or app stuff, i bring that up because if there is a way to retrieve the info (i hope there is) try to give me a listed instruction in a very simple way like talking to child lol. I appreciate any help that you guys can give me. If there is way to get that info back then fantastic but if not, then its fine, i tried.
