I am staying in Europe and there is a usb charging port in the wall. Can I use this without hurting my phone? Basically what I'm asking is do usb ports in Europe supply the same amount of power as in the US? It says max.5V dc by the port. There is a light humming/buzzing sound so that had me worried. I have a galaxy s5 if that makes a difference.
