SMART PHONE STOLEN- ALONG WITH PICTURES OF HEAVEN, CLAIMS MBORO
To South African Pastor Mostsoeneng Mboro, the proof of Heaven was just a selfie away until the thieves stole his smart phone and ruined his plan to show it to the world.
Initially, Mboro had been showing the pictures to the people for a small fee of $340. But after landing in hot waters with the law, he decided to post the pictures on Facebook for free. But that was before the thieves meddled with his plans and stole his phone at a car wash along with his pictures of Heaven.
Before claiming that his Galaxy S5 was stolen, Mboro was being charged with extortion for offering the photos for a price.
“The pictures were really there, I saw them. We suspect one of the boys washing the Prophet’s car took the phone,’’ says one of Mboro’s bodyguard. “But they all denied taking it, even after we threatened them. All those who have deposited the money will be refunded.”
According to Nehanda Radio, the pastor claimed that he had ascended to Heaven on Easter Sunday. All of Mboro’s claims resulted in comical social media memes, along with amused South Africans editing his face into heavenly clouds and into the Garden of Eden.
