Ok, when I first hooked my phone into the gear, it said install the apps. So I did and it completed. Now when I hook my phone into it, it says there is an unexpected error. When I unplug, the oculus screen comes up and says it needs to update. It updates and then the same thing repeats. I've unistalled it and repeated the process. Nothing is working. Please help!
