NEED SOMEONE SMART WITH ANDRIOD?

Alright so I rooted my phone which is a Galaxy S6 and I used it just to change some settings on my phone and tweeking things here and there. We'll I seemed to mess it up sone how. My Google play is messed up andsays unable to connect to servers or something like that I looked it up to try and fix it and I have tried switching the date to like 4 years ahead but didn't work. And I uprooted my phone but every time I reboot it, it says kernel seandroid not enforcing. My phone is also not recognizable which I don't care about the problem I have is that I can't download any apps from the play store because it won't connect and it won't let me login to my snapchat but it will with instagram and Facebook which I thought was weird.

If anyone could help me with this problem I would appreciate it so much thanks
