How to play my PS4 on my Samsung Galaxy S6 through remote play?

I saw someone I go to school with playing ps4 on his phone using his ps4 controller and I want to know how you do this because then maybe I won't have to buy a PS Vita since the only reason I want a PS Vita is so I can play ps4 while I'm in study hall at school. I found some remote play apps for Playstation on the Google play store, but they said they aren't compatible with my phone. When I searched how to do this on Google there were some modified apps I could download so that I could play ps4 on my phone, but I don't like downloading any apps unless they're from the play store because I don't wanna get a virus on my phone or screw anything up. So I'm sure a modified app is the only way to do this, and if so, will it screw up my phone or give my phone a virus? Also will it screw up my ps4 since the app would be helping my phone connect to the ps4 for remote play? Is there another way to do remote play on my phone? And can I play all ps4 games through remote play on my phone if this works? Thanks.
