For instance, do objects at the edge of the cosmic horizon remain at the edge of the cosmic horizon, or does this change in regard to their position in the expanding universe?

As the Universe expands, will that object always remain in the same position relative to the cosmic horizon or will the cosmic horizon move in relation to that object? I.e., can the boundary cross that object?
