HOW TO RECOVER UNSAVED DOC FROM MICROSOFT WORDS APP?

I have the Microsoft words app on my Samsung tablet and I was typing a long essay for five hours. I went to the washroom and when I came back the tablet was shut off of course so I turned it back on and the app said would you like to recover your file? I only had one file one there, the one I ve been working on so I clicked okay. When I opened the document it was my ORIGINAL COPY from five hours ago- it only had my two starting sentences in it and all my new hard work is gone! My assignment is due in a day and I ve never been more panicked and stressed please help! I am logged into the app by my email if this helps somehow
