I have tried:
1. Factory Resetting it using the up+middle button+power button and holding in till vibration.
2. Avg/ malware remover to remove them.
3. Manually removing the apps my self.
Does anyone have any ideas on what to do? Would I need to remove the operating system completely. Note: this phone may/may not be re rooted.
