I tried fully charging both the phone and headset, I enabled Bluetooth and scanned for the headset, but the phone didn't pick up on the head set. I followed the instructions on that paper that came with the headset and still couldn't get it to work. Both are new (only a few days old now) so I don't know what's wrong.
