I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy S6 from Amazon. The phone is currently locked to AT&T and I want to unlock it from one of the cellular unlock sites. The phone does not yet have a SIM card, do I need to purchase a SIM card for my phone before I unlock it? Can I unlock it first and then go and buy one when I go to Metro PCS when I switch me service over to the Galaxy S6?
