Can I recover important data from a Samsung Note 3 internal memory who's main board is dead?

One day my Note 3 just switched off while I was using it, when I plug it with a charger it just heats up around the camera but nothing else happens. It just does not shows any signs of life even if connected to a PC.

I've got it checked at the samsung service center and they said its main board is dead, which means the phone is dead! And they can't recover my data which was stored on its internal memory and was not backed up.

Now I want to know if there's any way I can get that data? Or if I change the mother board I am afraid the service center might access that personal data from my old board if its possible.
