Which ipad mini should I get?

I have at the moment 598 Dollars (I have been collecting them for long)

And I think I have 3 choices: (If you recommend anything else Id be happy)
1- Get Ipad mini 3 Gold color with Wifi and cellular 128 GB = Exactly 600 Dollars
2-Get Ipad mini 4 Gold color with wifi and cellular 64 GB = Exactly 653 Dollars (Prices in my country)
3-Get Ipad mini 3 Space gray color without cellular 128 GB= 544 Dollars

The thing is that choice number three comes with Ipad mini original smart cover+ sony zx110 on ear headphones+stylus and a power bank
cons- I need the smart CASE not COVER and I think I will need cellular even though I use wifi but I might need it and I cant get it later on

The first choice is the cheapest price I found till now in stores but Ill need to wait long again to save 64 dollars for the smart case

The second choice is because its a new chip and has multitasking and the latest (faster)but Id love to have 128 GB I dont know why, Im planning to put more than one movie and music on it for long trips thats why

I'm a 20 year old girl who doesnt have a phone because I dont feel like I need one.
( I used iphone 6 space gray for a year then gave it away, I used Note 3 when it was released, Blackberry Z10 when it was released… Etc I figured out I dont need a phone however I have Nokia mobile phone (the one with the flashlight) for emergencies or if I ever call my mom) I use a laptop for whatsapp on bluestacks and everything else but its not very portable Help ME DECIDE
Added (1). I forgot to mention I had a Samsung Tab S 8.4 I didnt like android I prefer ios, I had to sell it because I really didn't like it for some reason it was fast and all but I didn't feel happy with it
