So today in my last period class someone stole my phone, on the bus I called my mom and she called the company to shut the phone down so nothing can be used, I'm filing a report in the morning when i get to school but my question is, if they put the memory in a other phone can they still use it? Thanks for your help.
Added (1). My Phone is a Samsung S4 if anybody was gonna say " track it down on your Icloud ".
