I recently purchased an external battery to use on my smart phone (a Samsung Galaxy S4) and my 5th generation iPod Touch. In the instructions is says that the external battery will only charge 5V digital devices. I have no idea if my phone and my iPod fall into this category. Would anyone be able to explain if this external battery is safe to use on my phone and iPod? Thanks!
