Samsung phone cannot make calls, carrier is at&t?
Added (1). I have a Samsung duos. My carrier is at&t. When I try dialing a number it doesn't make a call, and there is no dial tone. Instead, it stays on the dial page and then after about 15-30 minutes the screen will turn black and then light up and show that I'm calling somebody, at which point the call does go through.
Another note: when this happens, the time on my phone will stay frozen until the call is made.
Any ideas as to what's happening?
