Yesterday, walking home in a slight drizzle, a water droplet managed to find it's way into the tiny hole on the top right of my 2 year old Samsung Galaxy S3. I put it in rice as soon as I got home, and the screen started out these horribly glitchy shades of green, but the touchscreen wouldn't work, but every other component of the phone works. I saw it connect to our Wifi, I got messages I can't look at, the time shows up, notification lights, touch lights at the bottom, just the screen. It has been over 24 hours, and the screen has slowly switched to purple, and now it is almost showing nothing. Am I just panicking over nothing, or is my phone not going to make it?!
I have taken it out a few times of the rice to check it's progress, but I have left the back of the phone off and the battery out, and only left it on for no more than a minute at a time
