im currently in a low budget right now, and i was think of getting a cheap smartphone with a decent or higher than average phone specs. Im looking for a phone that has no lag when it comes to gaming or web browsing, and i heard from many of my friend says it is a reliable phone. So which one should i get. And by the way im not looking for samsung, apple, motorola and htc cause i can't afford those.
