My Samsung Galaxy Tablet 3 is stuck on this screen?

It's plugged in and shows just the battery but not like it's charging, it shows a circle over the battery but it's not spinning or anything (if that makes sense). When I hold in the power button it goes to the screen that says "Samsung Galaxy Tablet 3" but won't go to the home screen. Is there anyway to fix this?
