i am going to upgrade from my samsung galaxy Sll. I am on quite a tight budget so i will probably not by a new one but one from ebay/Gumtree. I would really like one with a really good camera that takes good low light pictures, but apart from that i don't really mind about the specs. I preferably want android, but it doesn't have to be, and i definitely don't want an apple phone… Any ideas would be welcome.
