Once in a while everytime i'm on my phone (Galaxy S4) it crashes. Like it freezes. Nothing happens when i touch anything. I can't do anything except turn my phone on or off. The only thing i have to do is remove the battery and put it back in. Especially with my case on. The case is hard to remove. Any ideas on how to make it stop crashing? Thanks
