What is causing my computer to blue screen at odd times?

This happens most of the time but not all of the time; it happens when I log off, switch users, or sometimes at random. But they always pull the same exact codes which I have googled and found nothing on. Others were saying network adapters and ram. It happens also sometimes when I am converting video files. I am running an asus p5b premium mobo, 6gb ddr2 memory, 4sata HDDs 2 data DVD drives, nvidia geforce gets 450 galaxy, with an Intel core 2 duo wolfdale edition 2.93ghz overclocked @ 3.7ghz and windows 7 professional x64. The computer is joined to a domain as well if that matters. Another issue I have is the computer won't sleep. It turns the monitor off then it comes back on with the lock screen but the computer never turns off. Suggestions?
