What do I do if Samsung ignores my complaints?

bought a Samsung s4 active soon after they was on the market, after 3 weeks my phone was broken because of water damage. The Phone was sold to me as waterproof, and since then was taken off the market and changed to water resistant. I took out a 24 month contract because I wanted a waterproof phone to take with me to the Amazon rain forest in Peru where I was doing animal conservation. The phone broke in 3 weeks and I missed out on lots of great photos and videos of my experiences. I managed to dry out the phone with dry rice but took me a week to do so, but then I continued to have problems and keep braking even though I kept my so called waterproof phone dry, now days my phone does not even turn on and I have to buy another phone.

I have phoned Samsung and emailed them countless times and have been ignored, .

I am extremely upset with Samsung and how they have ignored my emails and not returned my calls. These big companies like Samsung think they can treat the every day person like rubbish and most give up the complaint process because its so long winded.

Does anyone have any advice please?
