It's just stuck at the downloading part and does nothing. I tried clearing the cache and data of Google Playstore and it doesn't work. The download manager is enabled. I restarted my tablet 5 times yet nothing happens. The playstore is updated. I've also tried reinstalling the play store but that doesn't work either.
