Every other service provider carries the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 in both black and white, but for some strange reason US Cellular only carries it in black. Even with phone covers, the color of the phone is still visible around the screen. The Note 4, which is being released in a couple of months, will be manufactured in black, white, red, and green. I'm waiting for the Note 4 because I want a red or white phone, but I keep wondering what if they do the same thing they did with the Note 3 and only carry it in black? I've tried calling the corporate office, but I keep getting transferred to customer service, who has nothing to do with making this decision. Which department do I need to speak with?
