On Friday i got a phone call from a friend from their cell phone and all of a sudden with 3-5 minutes of when the phone call started, they said they could not hear me. I thought it was just my reception or just a bad issue with their end of reception. Well, they called me back from their landline phone and said they could still not hear me. I got the phone last October and i'm just now starting to have issues. Do I need to get it replaced?
I tried a factory reset on Friday night and it did not make a change. I got a few calls the next day and "sometimes" they could hear me through the entire phone call. Other times it would randomly quit on them with being able to hear me. Does it sound like something is going on with my speakers? And should I try to replace the phone?
Service is Virgin Mobile and phones a Samsung Galaxy S3.
