Recently my phone's battery was dead so I bought another one and everything went fine. But now, my phone barely charges. I only have my hotspot network running. And i'm aware that the battery drains when the hotspot network is on but I ALWAYS put the charger while it's on so the batter doesn't drain out.
Right now I have the charger on my phone for almost 2 hours but it's still 8%.
The screen brightness is always low and i'm not running any app open.
Does anyone know why this happens? Could it be that the battery is duff?
