My S3 turned off randomly today so I figured it was a battery problem but now I've charged it for about 3 hours and nothing's changed. It's stuck on the Samsung screen and went to the Samsung Galaxy S3 screen earlier but now won't load past it. When I put it to charge, it displays the battery icon for a split second before going black and not turning on the red charging light. I've searched online and people say to try to hard reset it but that menu won't even appear when I hold the home, volume up, and power button. Please help?
