My laptop does not recongise my Samsung Galaxy S3 phone when I try to connect to media device (MTP), but it does recognise when I connect to camera (PTP)
I really want to connect to MTP because then I can transfer my videos and music. PTP only allows me to view my pictures from my laptop and does not recognise any music files and ideos that I have on my phone.
