Have this phone for some time now and wanted to unlock my note 1 i717 now. So I called at&t and they gave me the unlock code, but the phone is not accepting the code, is saying the code is wrong. I called them back and they said that is the correct unlock code for my i717,and the problem is because of the software,and do do a factory reset and use again.Have done that but still same problem? Is there any other way to unlock it,a way to unlock it directly as seems to be hardlocked
