So I upgrded to a samsung galaxy from my samsung focus and i put the sim from my focus in and it doesn't get service. I get a free family plan, but my brother whom has the plan lives far away. I put the sim back into the focus and it works. Does at&t have a service number for this problem? There samsung galaxy clearly doesn't want to activate my service that is activated. What should I do?
