My phone always stucks at the T-Mobile Logo Screen whenever i start it.
I have tried clearing cache but no luck.
I want to know my mobile's model number so that first i can backup my data using dr.phone and then install new firmware (if required) after Factory Reset.
Mobile is Samsung Galaxy S6 - (battery inextractble, and i don't have original mobile's packaging)
