The note 9 has almost everything better but for the fps and video recording which that is a big hit on me, and for the s9+ has better video recording in landscape mode I think and has more senior stuff. I'm having a hard time cause I take good pictures and videos of stuff and like to send them to people or just online but the "better phone don't have the good quality. Correct me if i'm wrong but I need help please.
