I've had called iD for a while and I love it, tells me exactly who's calling me and when calls are spams. Back in September I switched from the Galaxy s8+ to the iPhone XS Max and ever since then my caller iD doesn't work, never tells me when it's a spam or who the unknown caller is. How do I fix this? Because I don't want to continue paying for this.
