My Samsung Note 5 died and won't charge or start back up. When I plug in my phone it flashes the battery on the screen as per usual?
Added (1). It gets stuck at 0 and then the screen blacks out and the battery pops up again and its stuck in this loop, occasionally flashing the Galaxy Note 5 screen. Please help.
Added (2). I'm really worried about it having a major issue and I will have to wipe my phone or something. I have a lot of stuff i'm afraid of losing.
