I have a Galaxy JP7 Samsung Prime phone. My message icon will not show a (1) or a (2) if I have one or two messages?
Added (1). I have to keep checking my messages. The icon will not show I have any messages. I have had my phone for a year. I tried calling a Metro-T-Mobile store and they told me I had to come in to their store. I'm disabled and can't travel right now. Can anyone help me? Thank you in advance.
