My galaxy s7 active won't let me sign into my wifi?

So everything was fin last night before i went to bed. I woke up this morning and my phone is prompting me to sign into my wifi, no biggie right? So I tap the "Sign into network" tab in my wifi and i get an error page every time that says "Webpage not available. The webpage at http://connectivitycheck.gstatic.com/generate_204 could not be loaded because: net::ERR_TIMED_OUT"

I have tried the basics:
Turning off my phone
Turning off my wifi on my phone and back on again
Forgetting the network and etc

Any help is greatly appreciated!
